Join Us for All Saints Care/Support Team Ministry Training Sunday, April 6!


Do you know someone who could use a little extra help—now or in the future? Maybe they need a ride to the store, help with childcare, financial support, or just a friendly visit. The All Saints Care/Support Team Ministry is a group of volunteers who work together to provide practical, emotional, and spiritual care for those facing health challenges.


Rev. Malcolm Marler (husband of Rev. Mary Bea Sullivan) will lead a special training during the Sunday School hour on April 6, in the Great Hall entitled: “Working Together to Share the Care: How to Develop a Support Team for Someone Who Needs or Wants It.”


Everyone is welcome—whether you’re looking for ways to help or might need support yourself. Come learn how we can share the care together!

Trunk or treat is being held on wednesday , October 28.

Our Community Trunk-or-Treat will be held on Wednesday, October 28th, beginning at 5:30pm and lasting until 7:00pm in the church preschool parking lot. Everyone is invited to join us for pizza, hot dogs, chips, and water. There will be a Trunk Decorating Contest with prizes for Most Creative, Best Overall, and Best Costume. We will also have make-your-own treat bag stations for kids to enjoy. You can get involved by providing a trunk, choosing a theme, decorating it, and registering in advance since spaces are limited. We are collecting candy in a bin in the Great Hall, and please consider signing up to help by clicking here . You may also donate money on Realm by selecting “Trunk-or-Treat” in the dropdown, or volunteer to help with setup and cleanup at the link above. Centering Prayer Series

There are several opportunities to experience Center Prayer at All Saints. Every Tuesday , a weekly Centering Prayer gathering meets at 6:00pm in the All Saints Chapel. These sessions explore the essence of Centering Prayer. Everyone is welcome! On Thursday , a weekly Centering Prayer group meets in the afternoon from 12:15-12:35pm in Room 224. David Smith is the facilitator and he can be reached at David.j.smith2717@gmail.com or 205.936.5252 Each Wednesday , from 6:00-7:00pm there is a Centering Prayer Group who meets via Zoom. Beverly Brasell is the facilitator and can be reached at brasellbh@bellsouth.net. The 20-minute centering sit is followed by a discussion of a book segment or video on a subject of a contemplative nature chose by Beverly.
