COMMUNITY OUTREACH MINISTRIES

Work together, expect miracles! Join our mission to spread love and light!

The All Saints Outreach ministry is actively participating in many ways to provide assistance for those in need, and there are plenty of ways for you to contribute and make a difference as well! Want to get involved? Click the image above or GO HERE. Each donation counts! Let’s come together for our community. For questions, please contact the Rev. Cindy Carter, ccarter@allsaintsbhm.org.

Our outreach programs bring hope and help to those who need it most. Through services like Angel Tree and Kairos, we offer support for prison ministries. We tackle hunger by feeding the homeless and children in need and we also make time in many ways for our senior community. Every act counts, and your involvement makes a difference. Let's work hand in hand and transform lives.

Angel Tree Prison Ministry

Angel Tree is the oldest ministry at All Saints running now for over 35 years. It provides Christmas presents to children who have a parent in prison. All gifts are given to the children on behalf of the parent incarcerated to help foster and maintain a relationship while the parent is away. All Saints sponsors around 80 children each year. You can get involved by choosing a child to provide gifts from the Angel Tree that is placed in the Cloister, provide cookies for the gift pick up day, or join our calling team. This is a quick, easy and very rewarding task that typically occurs at the end of October. Each caller is only given 4-5 names to contact to get the child’s Christmas wishlist. Started in 2019, the Avondale Breakfast Ministry, aka “ABM”, is vital work done by four local parishes to provide a breakfast meal in the Avondale neighborhood. Different churches provide this service Tuesday through Friday at approximately 8:30am. All Saints serves on Wednesdays.

The Honduras Mission Trip is a powerful experience of building community, growing in faith, and serving others. Learn more HERE

Kairos Prison Ministry

Kairos ministers to incarcerated men, women, and families beginning with a weekend inside prisons where volunteers model and communicate God’s unconditional love, grace and mercy. It is there that God begins changing hearts. A key outcome of the Kairos weekend is for participants to find hope and a vision for their life with God.
