Compassionate Listening Workshop
We will have a Compassionate Listening Workshop, the
weekend of October 28th & 29th!
Compassionate Listening (CL) provides practical tools for better communication. Participants will learn the five practices of CL: compassion for self and others, developing the fair witness, respect for self and others, listening from the heart, and speaking from the heart. During this weekend workshop, we will practice listening better together. An environment of acceptance and beauty will be prepared for us and we will be invited to bring our best brave/safe selves to the work. The cost of the weekend is $20 per person or $30 per couple. Vacation Bible School We’re going to Israel! Mark your calendars for Vacation Bible School, June 21-24 , when we will travel back to the ancient time of Jesus in the Land of Israel. Sunday (6:30 - 8:00 pm) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) Ages Children 4 years (by June 21) through rising 6th graders are welcome to participate in Vacation Bible School. Rising 6th graders will be in their own Elder Tribe. Volunteers Vacation Bible School at All Saints is a very intergenerational experience. We love volunteers of all ages. Rising 7th graders (and others up to any age!) can volunteer any of the VBS days.
